TEAM FIFTEEN BV is a company specializing in event personnel. With two divisions, we offer a comprehensive range of services. Division 1, Artist Handling, focuses on caring for artists during events, including transportation, accommodation, hospitality, and technical support. Our professionals in this division are experts in catering to the specific needs of artists so they can focus on what they do best: performing!
Division 2, Event Centralist, is the director behind the scenes of an event. From the control room, a multi-disciplinary central post, you keep an eye on everything and ensure everything runs smoothly. You work with other centralists such as security, police, first aid, municipality, and other important parties. From this location, we monitor the entire flow of visitors, monitor any power outages, and manage teams via a radio. We are continuously alert and ensure everything runs smoothly for a successful event.

For the 2023 season, we are looking for interns who have the right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. With a summer with more than 400 productions, it is always busy with us, and often not the entire team is in the office. For this reason, you must be able to work independently and show initiative.

Are you a driven and creative video editor? Are you looking for an internship where you can improve your skills and work on interesting documentaries and podcasts? Then this internship at our company is for you!
We are looking for an intern who will reinforce our team and help us with content creation for our social media channels. You will work with programs such as Photoshop, Indesign, Davinci Studio and WordPress.
As an intern, you will be involved in the entire production process, from editing images to creating graphic elements. You will work in a dynamic environment, where no day is the same. We expect you to be flexible and not have a 9-5 mentality. Availability on weekends is also necessary for domestic and foreign assignments. A driver’s license B is necessary for this internship.

Full-Time – Office Eindhoven – Internship
Are you looking for an internship where you can showcase your organizational skills and gain experience in the world of events? Then this internship with our company is for you!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern who will join our team and help us with organizing various events. You will be involved in the entire process, from developing a concept to executing the event. Your tasks will include maintaining contact with suppliers, supporting logistics and supporting communication around the event.
As an intern, you will work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. We expect you to have a hands-on mentality and not be afraid to take responsibility. Availability on weekends is also necessary for domestic and foreign assignments. A driver’s license B is a big plus!

Call for basic – National – different levels of knowledge.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and stress-resistant Stage Manager for our events in the 2023 season. As a Stage Manager, you are responsible for the technical aspect of the stage. You have a good technical knowledge of equipment and know how to use it correctly on a stage.
You understand the essence of the show and know how to make it happen on a stage. You are an expert in time management and know how to set priorities to get the show started on time. Communication is an important aspect of this role, so we expect you to be able to communicate well with both the team and our customers.

Call for Basic – National (NL) – Good command of English
We are looking for a driven and professional Artist runner for our events in the 2023 season. As an Artist runner, you are responsible for the logistical support of artists. You are the first point of contact for the artists and ensure that everything runs smoothly during their stay.
You are responsible for transporting the artist to the stage (van, car, or gator). You greet the artists at the location and make sure everything is in order for their performance, whether it be technical, hospitality, or other matters.
Technical knowledge is a plus but not a deal breaker in this role.
You work closely with the stage manager and other members of the team to ensure that everything is carried out on time and according to the client’s specifications. You have good communication skills and are able to switch quickly in hectic situations.

Call for Freelance – Nationwide (NL)
As a control center operator at an event, you are the director in the background of the event. From the control room, a multidisciplinary central post, you keep an eye on everything and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Here you work with other control center operators such as security, police, first aid, municipality, and other important parties. From this location, we monitor the entire visitor flows, monitor any power outages, and direct teams via a walkie-talkie. We are always alert and ensure that everything runs smoothly for a successful event.
To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 4 years of production or site crew experience at events, have excellent communication skills, not be easily stressed in extreme situations, and be flexible in terms of times and hours.
A day as a control center operator is often long and it is crucial to maintain your focus. At any moment, a crisis situation may arise in which you need to switch quickly. During your service, you communicate with all parties at the event and primarily consult with the head of safety or the Crowd Management team on location.
